Naumen is a leading Russian enterprise-software vendor. Since 2001 it has built systems for contact centers, IT service management and document management; the group also includes Skorozvon, a cloud dialer for sales teams.
Absolut is a restaurant-management SaaS: ERP, point of sale (POS) and kitchen display system (KDS) in one product. I rebuilt the product from scratch. In 2025 the company broke even and grew revenue fourfold.
Dom.ru is the retail brand of ER-Telecom, Russia’s second-largest broadband operator. I launched new bundled plans (internet, TV and mobile in one package), grew digital sales and developed partner projects. At the same time I led the consumer rebrand and the relaunch of its digital marketing.
Skyeng was then the largest online English-language school in the Russian-speaking world, ranked #13 on Forbes Russia’s 2020 list of the country’s most valuable internet companies. In two years the company grew sevenfold, refreshed its brand and launched Skysmart, its spin-off for school subjects, along with new tracks: math, classes for kids and group lessons.
I opened my first bar in Grodno and grew it into a multi-brand group of 11 venues in five cities across Belarus. Running a business meant building operations, finance and marketing all at once, and getting through a pandemic, a political crisis and a market that kept shifting.
I founded an agency built on our own targeted-advertising technology, working where product design, advertising, analytics and digital funnels meet. Clients included some of the largest companies on Runet, the Russian-language internet: 1C-Bitrix, the dominant CMS and CRM vendor of the Russian-speaking web; Sunlight, a nationwide Russian jewelry chain; and GetCourse, the leading online-course platform of the Russian-speaking market.
I built the marketing department from scratch at one of Russia’s largest online electronics and housewares retailers, with more than 250,000 SKUs. In four years Sotmarket’s revenue grew 11.5× to ₽4.5 billion (about $130 million at early-2014 rates), and the company made Forbes Russia’s ranking of the country’s most valuable internet companies. In 2013 I took over marketing for E96, Utinet and Sotmarket, a three-retailer group with ₽8.5 billion in combined revenue (about $260 million at 2013 rates).
Back then Art. Lebedev Studio was Russia’s largest and most award-winning design studio, and FL.ru the largest freelance marketplace in the Russian-speaking world. I worked on interfaces, products and web services before this work became a profession with established roles and job titles.
